Bellows Balanced Safety Valve is an automatic pressure relief device that employs a metal bellows for sealing and balance. Its core design utilizes a sealed bellows assembly to isolate the spring chamber above the disc from the backpressure environment at the valve outlet, thereby completely eliminating the effects of varying backpressure on the valve's set pressure, reseating, and discharge performance.
When the pressure in the protected system rises above the preset set pressure, the medium force overcomes the spring preload, pushing the disc and bellows assembly upward to achieve a full-lift rapid opening and reach maximum discharge capacity. As the system pressure drops back to the safe reseating pressure, the spring force drives the disc to close quickly, ensuring reliable sealing.
