Insulated Discharge Valve DN25-DN150mm Wcb/Stainless Steel ANSI/DIN/GB/JIS

The discharge valve is welded to the bottom of storage tanks and other containers using the bottom flange of the valve, thus eliminating the residual phenomenon of process media at the outlet of the container The discharge valve is designed with a flat bottom structure and a V-shaped valve body according to the actual needs, and provides two working modes of valve discs: lifting and lowering. The inner cavity of the valve body is equipped with a corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant sealing ring, which can protect the valve body from being eroded and corroded by the medium when the valve is opened. The sealing ring is specially treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56-62, with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve disc seal is welded with hard alloy on the cover surface as needed, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring. Simultaneously adopting a short stroke valve disc design.
