The quick-connect clamp structure enables rapid 30-second installation or removal with O-ring seals, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent cleaning or maintenance in industries like food processing and pharmaceuticals. Its three-piece body design, composed of left, middle, and right segments secured by bolts, allows efficient replacement of the ball, seat, or seals while keeping upstream and downstream pipes intact, with a precision-polished flow path (Ra≤0.8μm) that minimizes media retention for high-purity or viscous fluids. Equipped with an intelligent explosion-proof electric actuator supporting 4-20mA analog signals or RS485 Modbus communication, it enables remote control, stroke adjustment, and status feedback via limit switches and torque sensors, while built-in overheat and overload protection along with manual handwheel override ensure redundant safety. Constructed with durable materials like 304 or 316L stainless steel for the body and ball (with optional bi-directional hard-sealed treatment) and PTFE, RTFE, or metal hard seals, this valve offers reliable performance across diverse applications in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, and pharmaceutical industries with demanding safety and reliability requirements.
