ZSHV series pneumatic V-shaped ball valve, with a V-shaped core, can achieve linear adjustment, and has a wide range of adjustability. When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shear effect is generated between the V-shaped notch and the valve seat, which has both self-cleaning function and can prevent the ball core from getting stuck, especially suitable for pipeline scaling and freezing situations. Suitable for controlling pulp, wastewater, suspension media containing fibers and particles, as well as powder and granular media. The ZGH series cylinder piston actuator used has a simple structure and a large output torque. This series of ball valves is divided into soft seal and hard seal according to sealing performance: according to the adjustment method, it is divided into adjustment type and cut-off type. The cut-off type is divided into single acting type and double acting type according to the action type, and the adjustment type is double acting type. The unique advantage of single acting type is that once the power source fails, the ball valve will automatically be in the closed or open position according to the requirements of the control system.
