The parts of the valve body that are severely eroded are equipped with hard alloy protective lining plates. When opening the valve, it can protect the valve body from being eroded and corroded by the medium, greatly improving the service life of the valve. Hard alloy is welded between the sealing surfaces, which has high hardness.
The valve disc adopts a conical sealing surface, and the valve seat uses a very small arc-shaped sealing surface. In this way, a sealing form similar to a line seal is formed when the valve disc is tightly fitted with the valve seat, and the sealing effect is excellent. In addition, it can also effectively prevent the phenomenon of scarring. The valve is equipped with an upper sealing structure, which can protect the packing when fully opened. The valve guide device is set outside the body cavity and does not come into contact with the medium, preventing the guide part similar to a gate valve from getting stuck.
