Introduction

  The discharge valve is mainly used for bottom discharge, discharge, sampling and dead zone shut-off operations of reactors, storage tanks and other containers. Welded to the bottom of tanks and other containers by means of the bottom flange of the valve. According to the needs of the actual situation, the bottom structure of the discharge valve is designed as a flat bottom type, the valve body is V-shaped, and the valve disc is provided with two working modes: lifting and descending. There is a sealing ring that is resistant to erosion and corrosion in the inner cavity of the valve body. When the valve is opened, it can protect the valve body from being washed away and corroded by the medium, and the sealing ring is specially treated. When necessary, the valve disc seal cover is overlayed with hard alloy, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring.
