The YK43 gas pressure reducing valve is a pilot piston pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts, the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, the change of the outlet pressure is sensed by the diaphragm, and the pilot valve is opened and closed to drive the piston to adjust the flow area of the throttling part of the main valve to realize the pressure reducing and stabilizing function. This product is mainly used in gas pipelines, such as air, nitrogen, argon, chlorine, oxygen, coal gas, hydrogen, ammonia, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, compressed air and other gases.
